I went to Meghalaya recently, and during that, I got loose motion. Then I began to wonder why does it happen, a friend told that small intestine can’t absorb the liquid in the food. Then I wondered the different functions the digestive organs in the body do( digestion takes the most energy), and how different foods are processed( carbohydrates, proteins, fat, etc). A friend in the trip was too health conscious, prioritized eating only eggs, and drinking milk during the trip, but I am not sure if we has healthy enough. So, I wonder what the truth is, should one be in excessive control of the food one eats, and how can we understand it better( to hack it haha).
There is too much heat in Delhi, so I want to know if I start ingesting more lemonade on a regular basis, will it improve( like I am getting sugar, water, lemon, so will it ultimately help me?).
How much and many different nutrients should a body take and how should that change in different scenarios?
